A Job Built on False Hope

Pros

Coworkers were the only part of this place worth anything.

Cons

- The company runs on fake optimism and endless recycled speeches about how next month will be better, but it never is. - Upper management sells hope while keeping everyone on edge and feeding fear instead of support. - Leads are ineffective, yet employees are blamed when deals fail. - Managers vanish the moment help is needed, leaving staff alone with a dialer most of the day. - Employees are cut immediately after producing results, with no warning or record, just to keep the wins for the company. - High turnover feels deliberate; hire , exploit and discard. -Many sales tactics are unethical, yet they are called strategy. - Anyone who values sanity or ethics will find this place unbearable.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Ethical conduct and regulatory compliance are core expectations for all sales activity, and we provide ongoing support through live trainings, one‑on‑one coaching, leadership access, and team resources. We also review any concerns about management promptly when raised. Many team members have built long‑term, successful careers here, and commissions are issued according to the same terms regardless of employment status.

Pros

Commissions can be enormous if you hit the jackpot. You can make more money here than almost anywhere else. But the payoff comes at the cost of enduring a brutal culture, relentless pressure, and managers who thrive on control.

Cons

- Most people are either trapped in the same position with the same pay or have already escaped the company. - The work environment is relentlessly toxic. - Managers push advisors to hit impossible sales targets every day, week, and month. - Harassment is constant. - Each day grows more stressful and exhausting. - There is no quiet, no relief, and no moment to breathe. - Micromanaging and nonstop nagging dominate every interaction. - Commissions may rise, but base pay, position, and managerial cruelty never change. - The environment crushes energy and morale relentlessly.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a performance-driven role with defined goals and expectations. While the work can be demanding, we are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful work environment, and leadership concerns are addressed promptly when needed. Our compensation package is competitive within the industry, and many advisors consistently exceed their goals and find their role rewarding and fulfilling.

Pros

-Friendly (for the most part) coworkers -Desk that is not shared with other employees -kitchen

Cons

-Hasty and unclear training that throws you to the wolves with managers who have a habit of disappearing as soon as you need assistance -Incredibly convoluted policies that that management has unrealistic expectations of AI to put a bandaid on -Frustrating AI note system that is required by the company, yet leaves anyone looking at an account frustrated and confused as to what happened on the last call, which leads to frustrated clients -Overall concerning reliance on AI in workflow that is only increasing as the managers seem oblivious to the weaknesses and shortcomings of these systems. Clearly they want efficiency over quality. -Managers are overly concerned with how you spend your time while clocked in. No calls? They'll reprimand you if you read a book or do anything but look busy studying poorly structured procedural documentation. Power went out thus you can't make calls? They'll try and get you to roleplay calls with your co-workers and will punish you if you're just chatting in the dark office. It points to managers who don't understand what allows employees to do a good job and instead shows them as helicopter parents who will accuse you of time theft from the company if you take as much as an extra minute on a restroom break than what you're allowed (Which is 5 minutes) -Time at this company made my mental health crater through the ground.

We appreciate the opportunity to address the points raised. All client success agents complete a structured 4-week training that includes guided instruction and support transition before handling live interactions. Support continues well beyond training, with access to leadership, escalation resources, and collaborative tools to ensure agents are not expected to manage complex situations independently. AI is used strictly as a supplemental resource to enhance consistency and efficiency, while all decisions and interactions remain human-led. We also recognize the importance of employee well-being and offer health and wellness days, which team members are encouraged to use when needing time to recharge.
