Compensation included a base salary and commissions. Training program that aggressively pushes employees.

Cons

Employees were constantly asked to lie to clients and that in itself is horrible! The unethical practices were the main reason this company's gonna fail in the end! All of the leadership and management have no shame in scamming people!
