If management and the CEO were competent, there wouldn't be customers calling to complain, yell and curse at us! This job is awfully traumatic and the stress drains the life out of me! It's horrible!!

Poorly managed, inexperienced management. Hiring without experience in the industry for low wages seems to be the MO here. Hard to get anything done when people do not understand their job.
