The customer service of Alleviate is growing! Alleviate Servicing has amazing managers that care and motive employees. The VP of Alleviate Servicing pushes you to be the best version of yourself. If you want to learn about the industry and grow then this a good place to start your career in customer services.

Cons

They do not contribute to your 401K.

Pros

Open door policy with both executive and management teams. Transparency is BIG with me and AFS provides it. WORK HARD PLAY HARD ATTITUDE! Amazing amenities provided- gym, food court ETC... AFS provides incentives to motivate agents to work harder. EVERYBODY helps no matter what dept they work for. Industry we work in is tough, make no mistake about it. there is stress like every other position out there, as long as you perfect your craft (training tools)and you are a self sufficient individual who does not need to be micromanaged you will do well. #noexcuses
