Pros

The building and the views are nice

Cons

Don’t not apply! The reviews that the company is amazing and idk what is probably management tbh, because employees are NOT happy there. Member support is WAAY underpaid, the work load is HUGE for getting paid $15. Other departments get paid the same and don’t have as much work load or pressure. We are micromanaged like crazy, and are not appreciated. You can do your best and in the end, they won’t be happy with it. They throw on more and more work for you and expect you to do it in 8 hours. Trust me, a month here and you’ll be looking for other jobs. No one lasts and that’s because the pay and the treatment compared to other departments is unfair. Don’t waste your time. And the other review is right, they’re cheap to hire. They get who ever and you’ll be the one dealing with the cleaning up after everyone’s mistakes. They have bonuses but trust that those aren’t even good too. Just don’t apply. Also, there’s no advancement opportunities unless you’re a man because this is a boy’s club. This is the worst company I have worked for.

Pros

There are a lot of pros to this job. It’s in a nice location (nice being an understatement), you get reasonable benefits, plenty of places to eat nearby for lunch, and if you’re lucky, you’ll hire in with some great people like I did. As far as wages compared to local cost of living... you might be in a pinch there. But otherwise it’s a reliable place to work if you cross your t’s and dot your i’s.

Cons

Words to the wise: speak more than one language. Don’t get comfortable, ever. Don’t be yourself at work. Basically, don’t even make the smallest of mistakes in any aspect or area. Because they will terminate you, without any first or final warning. Don’t get me wrong, work related mistakes get a slap on the wrist and a “do better”. Anything else and you’re gone basically. In all honesty (my former manager’s favorite filler phrase), I loved that job. I had hoped that maybe I would succeed and move forward in the company. But in the end I dug my own grave by making a mistake that management didn’t deem worthy of a final warning or a less-than-termination reprimand.

Pros

Great company to work for. They have a vision for helping people improve their financial situation which is important. I appreciate that they are always seeking ways to improve and get better. We have had great events such as taco trucks, celebrating birthdays, cold brew on tap and great amenities. Thankful to be here.

Cons

No complaints as of now :)
