Everyone is helpful, respectful, and wants you to win Work hard/play hard Management is extremely engaged and sincerely wants the best for all High expectations but no one is left alone Helping people become debt free

Cons

Fast moving environment is not for everyone Some days are more exhausting than others Talk to a lot of people daily but you can only help the ones that want to be helped
