Great environment to work in, extensive and continuous training, receptive managers eager to help out, and everyone has a great attitude I love the culture

Cons

Commission structure could be revised working with other companies I noticed there is a monetary guarantee while in training while learning the ropes which stops after training which helps if you're a salesperson that is used to making Commission you're usually paid based off what you sell here you have to hit a quota before obtaining commission that's the only thing I don't like about this company

Sales agents continue to receive base pay after training along with commission, and we’ve recently updated the commission structure for the first 30 days to make it easier for new team members to start earning sooner. The only saving grace was a few good coworkers who made the misery slightly more bearable.

Cons

- Management flat-out lied about pay and career opportunities, luring me in with empty promises. - The reality is nothing but exhausting workloads and endless pressure to reach goals that are impossible to achieve. - Support from management is nonexistent, leaving you stranded and burning out fast. - The overall environment is built on dishonesty, neglect, and complete disregard for employee well-being.
