Pros

Flexible Schedule, Helpful and caring approach to clients.

Cons

Lack of reporting leaves you guessing on commission, Fulfillment based payout and lots clients miss payments after you go through a lot of effort to enroll them, No real client retention effort, Dishonest Commission Receivable Expectations, Mentally Draining, Mostly Auto-Dialed Recycled Old Leads, Not worth your time if you are a skilled sales professional!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback as a former Negotiator. Negotiators play a pivotal role in our mission, and we deeply value the persistence, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills they bring to the table. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience felt more stressful than it should have. Our goal is always to provide every team member with the resources, training, and support needed to succeed in what can be a challenging—but also highly impactful—role. Regarding compensation, we remain confident in the competitiveness of our structure, which is designed to offer both stability and meaningful performance-based rewards. Many of our team members find this model motivating and reflective of the value they deliver. That said, we understand that experiences can vary, and we’re committed to continuously monitoring market standards to ensure our offerings remain not only fair but genuinely rewarding. We’re proud of the work our Negotiators do and the results they achieve for our clients, and we regret if your time with us felt otherwise. We’re glad to hear you were satisfied with the timing of the benefits, and we wish you the best.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond. Our company is led and supported by professionals with years, and in some cases, decades — of direct experience in the debt relief industry. Lead quality, like in any program, can vary due to many factors, but our marketing strategy is built to connect advisors with clients who can truly benefit from our services. Many on our team continue to find success with these efforts, and we remain committed to evolving and strengthening them over time.
