Pros

It’s a nice building and office

Cons

Management makes you do work to make every single departments’ lives easier except member support. Member support at this company gets all the rest of the departments crap. You do negotiations follow ups, payment processing follow ups, quality assurance forgot to get something? Guess what? Member support gets put to do it. They show no appreciation for your work whatsoever and are constantly demanding without please or thank you. The other review of it being a boys club, it is true. And the upper management walks around intimidating people. They say they don’t micromanage, they DO! That’s all they do. They monitor your EVERY move. They don’t celebrate birthdays, for holidays they don’t do anything, don’t even have company dinners to show some kind of appreciation, nothing. They don’t even let you have your own wallpaper on your computer..they have to manage that too. They play favorites. And you’re WAY underpaid for EVERYTHING they make you do. Point is.. yes it sounds great at first, but you’re in for a very rude awakening... also you don’t have real benefits. And the food places around that they advertise to get people to apply, are not that great. There’s no yoga classes, there’s a gym but at ANOTHER building hardly anyone even goes. Don’t let them fool you.

Pros

New Office, possibility of remote work.

Cons

Layoffs are coming even when certain employees have been hired for a few months. They just moved to a new, very expensive office in Irvine which often go underused or unused. If they don't know how to plan ahead, please don't hire FT employees. It's irresponsible. The company has been around for only 5 years and management would rather spend $$$$ on a new office than pay employees a bit more.
