Pros

They do not ask much for sales rep. You are a number so you can do what you want because they are so unorganized.

Cons

I don't even know where to begin. By far the most unorganized, money hungry, poorly managed company I have every been employed for. For a sales role onboarding takes weeks if not months. There are seasoned sales professionals dealing with unqualified candidates, changing or no metrics, constant organizational changes that only benefit upper management. Not only sales but the pay for almost every position posted internally was insulting. A lot of people drinking the cool aid to keep hope alive but the company should be going bankrupt soon. Leadership & HR have no morals the way the lay people off, which seems like it's weekly at this point. If you want to waste your time work for this company.

Pros

Work from home and great co workers My mentor from last year she was great

Cons

Honestly management is not great, glad the fired the person in charge in Guatemala, se didn't do anything but they fired one of the few supervisors that knew what to do, they kept one from here that always gives out wrong information to agents, a lot of us complaint about it but he is still there... They changed bonuses to impossible ones.... seems like they dont want us to reach bonuses and yet they say metrics may change from time to time but it is still a benefit... how can it be a benefit when they change bonuses EVERY month and to impossible targets in orden for agents to not get their bonuses paíd... oh because they noticed we gave our 150% on the previous month they had to put something impossible not only that before I left I asked other agents how they plan to reach the goals , and the response Will shock you, but guess that is management is looking for

This company has a poor compensation problem across the board.

Pros

Everyone I've met there below the C-level is amazing (and absolutely miserable there!). This problem is only at the very top.

Cons

Nobody below the C-level makes even close to median pay in Orange County for comparable work. As a result, everyone I know there is planning their exit, and employee turnover is shockingly high. I've had people significantly higher up (including my own supervisor) vent to me about how unhappy they are with the pay. Imagine being so bad at running a company that you can't turn a profit without college graduates in your full-time workforce resorting to public assistance. If I was an Alleviate executive, I would genuinely be humiliated.
