The CEO/owner is a wolf in sheep's clothing

Cons

I refused to.lie to the clients, so I was passed over for promotion, someone I trained, threatened and harassed. Then, out of the clear blue sky, I was fired.

Pros

I feel that the work can be challenging but they provide a really nice work environment. When I worked in the Irvine office, it was really nice and they provided a decent amount of amenities like snacks, coffee, and sometimes lunch. Since Covid, I believe all if not almost all of the employees have been working from home and I would say most people (including myself) have been really enjoying it.

Cons

I had people cutting trees outside my house when I was supposed to be taking calls. Working from home can have its downsides but overall I prefer working home than in the office.
