Great people and a wonderful work environment with people that truly care. It's nice to work some place with a sense of purpose and that I truly enjoy! Lots of growth and opportunity!!

Cons

There are not really any cons. Snacks are provided, so if watching calories then maybe that. But there is an awesome gym for free!

The leadership team is approachable and open to feedback, and there are meaningful efforts to improve both culture and operations. I’ve seen firsthand how cross-functional collaboration is encouraged, and there's room to contribute to big-picture initiatives, not just day-to-day tasks. The pace can be fast, and change is frequent as we grow and evolve, which may not suit everyone—but for those who are adaptable and solution-oriented, it’s a great environment.

The fast-paced environment can be challenging if you're not comfortable with frequent changes or shifting priorities. As the company grows, some internal processes are still being refined, which can lead to occasional miscommunication or inefficiencies. Workload can be heavy during high-demand periods, and managing work-life balance requires intentional effort.
