Pros

Pay has been increasing and improved benefits have been added since I got here with more promised. Pay is competitive but you will find better benefits elsewhere still. The company is clearly expanding as our team didn't exist a year ago. They are investing heavily in technology to upgrade systems across my department and everyone else's.

A few minor benefits that just doesn’t make up for the problems this company has.

Cons

Work environment is fast-paced and incredibly stressful. Expectations are unreasonable, you’re often “asked” to work longer hours, and forced to take on multiple roles outside your job description. Management only cares about metrics, so a lot of great employees often go unrewarded simply because what they bring to the table just can’t be measured.
