While we’re disappointed to hear that your experience did not align with our values, we want to provide clarification on a key point: in accordance with company policy, employees who repeatedly fail to report to work without communication are considered to have voluntarily resigned from their position. That was the case for this separation being deemed a resignation. We understand that perspectives can differ, and while we strongly disagree with the severe claims made in this review, we take all concerns seriously. We will be escalating the feedback to the appropriate internal departments for further review and action where needed.
