Pros

I really enjoy the friendly team like atmosphere that Alliance creates. There always seem to be promotions happening from within the company - and most of the executives are easy to talk to. Incredibly stable company - great experience for the just our of college graduates.

Cons

I would have to say the biggest con is driving 44 in the Winter time. It can be downright scary if you don't have a reliable vehicle. The company it's self has more of an old school feel to it - not a lot shiny and new things happening.

Pros

Bussiness definitely growing by leaps and bounds. CEO has truly executed a world class strategy for market growth and our sales , marketing & Design engineering groups are spot on, very in tune with our customers. Cutomer demand at record levels. Our customers simply love our equipment.

Cons

I have read all proceeding reviews. Most I would definitely see truth with each prception. Bottom line for myself: Those who have been untrusted with leading the workforce towards the future have turned a blind ear to those who wish to believe and go above and beyond. It is as if those who should be leading the charge forward, no longer believe the people who are in the trenches each day are needed, as they believe if you are at or below the frontline leadership and below positions, you are a "Dime a Dozen". Therefore they see absolutely no need to invest in the "Human Capital" element. sadly they act as if those who are defined with in this group are too ignorant to notice.

Pros

Pretty good benefits, overtime if you want it

Cons

Push too much on productivity and then wants quality suffers. Machines old trying to push to much out and taking proper care of dies and equipment, they do not work with employees, bully employees and even the supervisory staff, favoritism, takes for ever to get pay increased, Management does not know how to talk to employees as human just as lower class
