Pros

I have really enjoyed my employment with Alliance Laundry Systems. I feel proud to work at an industry leader and know that my contributions matter. I am able to add value to the organization and my co-workers. I have seen several opportunities for growth for a lot of employees at all levels of the organization. This is a great environment to grow and develop personally and professionally. We are a growing company with a track record of success. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?

Cons

There are certainly some areas that need improvement at Alliance. I recently attended the Town Hall meeting with a report from our CEO. Our leaders are aware of our opportunities for improvement. I am excited for the changes being made in 2016. I can tell we are taking a step in the right direction.

Pros

Company is stable and has been growing nicely for several years. Compensation is good for this area with a strong benefits package. People are friendly without a lot of office politics.

Cons

They are kind of located in the middle of nowhere so most employees have a 30 minute commute on a 2 lane highway. Not much you can do about that but when you are at work, you feel like they genuinely care about their employees and appreciate their contribution - a good tradeoff

the pay is good and getting better. the work is not all that hard, nice people to work with.

Cons

longer hours than I sometimes like but that is what I applied for.
