Growing, but little care for the assembly workers

Good pay Consistent hours and work Decent benefits

Cons

Little chance of advancement even with a small, growing company. Higher ups seem to care little for the workers in assembly. Just concerned about meeting the quota. Petty fights between departments were annoying and helped nobody.

Pros

Management had a open door policy, the department was very close knit and gathered on multiple occasions outside of work. Seems that there is rapid room to grow especially in the materials department,. Good benefits overall. Company is growing, so more opportunities could be in the horizon.

Cons

Management could micro-manage a little too much, often slowing work down and adding unecessary burdens. Certain managers lacked personal communication skills .

What I expected out of a factory line job, but everyone was very friendly.

Pros

The managers were friendly and ready to help. They were also open to any suggestions I had for improvement.

Cons

It is a very hot work environment during the summer - typical factory line job. Also, some of the members on the line really slowed down the process by slacking off and going slowly.
