•Trainers seemed to genuinely care and offered helpful guidance during onboarding. •Some support from HR when raising ethical concerns.

Cons

•District leadership encouraged store managers and employees to use questionable and unethical sales practices. •High turnover at both management and employee levels. •Pay for both managers and employees is significantly below industry standards for wireless retail. •Benefits are offered, but they are expensive. •Performance goals were often unrealistic. •Work environment makes it hard to know who you can trust, even when trying to do the right thing.

- PTO is decent you get about 6hr of pto every pay check

Cons

- Management is terrible and the micromanage you. - They give very unrealistic goals and constantly pressure you to meet them or lose your job - They require too much from their managers while not paying nearly enough. - Zero work life balance. They expect you to get on silly calls even on your days off.
