Work isn’t particularly hard. Employee Discount is very good

Cons

Pay is awful. $11-$13/hr base and commission is a joke. Doubling goals and being a top performer can MAYBE net you $1500 a month in commission. Management is god-awful. Ridiculous expectations and lazy management style. Benefits are expensive.

Goals astronomical. Ever changing focuses. Nothing is ever enough. Back office support sucks. Company says it listens to its employees but it absolutely doesn’t, everything is in service of doing better only For the bottom line. There is constant “growth opportunity” because people see through the illusion quickly. Manager pay is a complete joke and IT IS NOT REAL SALARY

You will be asked to scam customers Sales goals are just feasible enough to ensure you are barely reaching commission goals IF you are a good salesperson. Will have to compete with your manager for all sales. Don’t even think of using upper management, they do not care about you.
