- Extremely low pay / low compensation - Discriminatory environment - Poor management - Long hours for low pay - No work-life balance - Constantly changing the rules on WFH If you work at AB, prepare to work extremely long hours for very little pay. This firm will not be able to compensate you fairly, like the rest of the street. They are run on outdated tech. It is pretty embarrassing. Management likes to play the promotion game. You will most likely be promoted if you know how to turn in mediocre work and act like it took you hours to do. Perform well? Expect more work in your queue for little reward. This is the type of firm people join when they leave some random sector and want to join the street magically without an MBA. Do yourself a favor and stay in tech.
