Pros

There is only good ambience which can make you feel better. Rest i found HR Head to be very professional and kind.

Cons

Worst global team they have. They will make you wait for 2 weeks for every round they take. And finally they will not select you and will never share feedback with you. Because they don't value the employees.

Good cafeteria and high paying company

It is not a good company, they give target to you in a month you have to understand business flow in which module you hired for, and also take ownership, if you not able to complete than they will terminate you with-in two months only. so I request to all, if you able to take this risk than only join this company otherwise leave it. And this is good with CTC but make sure risk component.
