The part of the firm I worked in was full of intelligent people who were interested in new ideas and actively encouraged my professional development. A very collaborative and family-like atmosphere. On my team, there was an active push for diversity that we all appreciated.

Cons

Pay is less than competitors', the move to Nashville has people on edge, many managers are not given adequate authority, and changes in the associate-level positions have left people unhappy. Upper management is also completely non-transparent.

Good name, good interviews, which shows a real enthusiasm at the begining

Cons

The management is trying to reshape its image by hiring international and experienced people in order to build a young and dynamic environment of the company. However, this is a long story short, as most of the employees are working there for decades and the working relationships with the newcomers tents to be problematic, impossible to maintain. They are very vigilent in terms of the personallity of the candidate, which is the main criteria of recruitment. However, this criteria does not match the current toxic environment the company is facing.
