Not good company they can terminate you within a month also no security and expectation is high.

It is not a good company, they give target to you in a month you have to understand business flow in which module you hired for, and also take ownership, if you not able to complete than they will terminate you with-in two months only. so I request to all, if you able to take this risk than only join this company otherwise leave it. And this is good with CTC but make sure risk component.

Management in the San Antonio office views itself as the sole source of innovation and decision-making. They rarely consider the input of the people actually doing the job before making decisions, and they seldom involve the employees impacted by these changes or seek their feedback afterward.
