Pros

The annual review does come with a pay increase, depending on your experience, so as much as possible, allow yourself to get upskilled. There is lots of opportunity to move within the company or transfer to different departments.

Cons

depending on the department you are in. you can get a lot of heavy call volumes. You must really have a general understanding of insurance, EOB's, COBRA coverage, and HSA/FSA accounts prior to applying.
