      Pros

      Our company tries to do what is right for our clients. In my 12 years with the company I have never thought that we were attempting to do anything that goes against our integrity. I really like our companies values. There have been times over the past 12 years that we could have taken a short cut on something but chose to do things the right way.

      Cons

      in general, the healthcare adminstration industry can be tough. When you are dealing with others health and finances, it can be difficult at times.

      Pros

      Any person with a drive to succeed and a strong work ethic would do well. Managment recognizes those persons that go above and beyond and gives them the opportunity to succeed. Great work work/life balance and nice people. A stable company. The CEO is an excellent individual to work for and truly cares about its staff. TEAM oriented. Good benefits package. Has yearly reviews and raises. Recently added a profit sharing benefit. Flexible time and allows to work remotely (depending on departments). Great location in the Loop. Promotes healty life style - provides several lunches for employees and has several employee/employee+family outings throughout the year.

      I really can't say anything bad about this company. I have been here 3 years and so far so good!

      Pros

      Nice base-level starting salary. The 'good' people are super, but not too many of them left. Good location from public transportation.

      Cons

      Terrible toxic individuals rule each department like a mini-kingdom - Employees quick to play the race card when faced with any adversity, and management seems to encourage this. Competant employees are not used to their best ability - stifiling corporate Cover Your Own *ss mentality.
