Pros

They hire women and minorities giving them a foot in the door. They encourage employees to participate in races and will pay fees. Some managers very good, have their employees back, so to speak. BUT not all.

Cons

If employees request fair wages, they are 'let go'. Work is intense, little time for breaks. No time for socializing. Senior management do not fraternize with workers. Meet 'quota' or be let go. Employees 'tested' before being hired (not this is con - just a heads up) CEO self-centered unaware of what is going on around him, depends on capricious HR person.

Pros

Allied is a great place to work. It is a night/day difference from my previous company. Allied allows a flexible work schedule for its employees. The company promotes a healthy lifestyle in numerous ways while also providing great benefits/PTO/appreciation events. The CEO has an open door policy and truly cares about his employees. The pros go on and on! Overall a very rewarding experience to grow with a growing company.

Cons

401K match is on the low side
