      Pros

      Great Owners! Good Health Benefits, Great Employees. Remote working environment. High paced atmosphere.

      Cons

      Compensation is no where near what other companies in the same field pay. All companies have pro's and con's. The change of direct management was a complete failure. With that change many long term employees left the company as it was not in the right direction. In fact, it digressed. You will not fulfill any personal goals as you are set up to fail. Long hours. If the system is down, which is outside of your control, you must fulfill your production maximums.

      Nothing about the place was positive.

      Cons

      Too many to name but the biggest problem is the way employees are treated.

      Pros

      Solid job, offers virtual and in- house positions, decent pay, nice company summer outings.

      Cons

      Does not promote within as much as they should, raises are minimal, stringent rules, more concerned with profit, no real concern for employees, little flexibility, will sue former employee's if they don't abide by the non competition clause included in the handbook...so be careful what you sign with this company.
