We appreciate the time invested in providing us a review. We work really hard to provide a number of engagement and culture events for all employees at Allied to enjoy. In fact, we have a committee, Heart & Soul dedicated to this very effort. The committee is devoted both towards engagement, but also fundraising efforts to give back to Allied families to further their education. We're sorry to hear you didn't get to enjoy them alongside us, as they certainly have been a great opportunity to connect!

Pros

Bonusly program that employees reward each other. They also allow work from home a couple days of the week.

Cons

- Lowest paying job - toxic environment - redundant work - yearly 50 cents raises - no professional growth

Thank you so much for taking the time to offer your feedback on your experience working with us here at Allied. Allied offers opportunities for financial growth and professional development through our performance management process and we also highly encourage our internal employees to consider other internal job opportunities that interest them. Once an employee has been with the company for 6 months, they are eligible to apply for other opportunities whether in their current department or outside of their current department. Each week we post our internal job opportunities in our intranet to keep our employees informed on all of Allied's open job opportunities. We work really hard to foster a healthy and happy culture here at Allied and are truly sorry to hear that this wasn't your experience. We would love to hear from you in greater detail as to what led you to feel this way. Please do not be shy in contact our HR department at any time.

Claims Adjuster

Pros

There really aren't any- what drew me initially was the ability to work from home which ended up being a curse

Cons

Claims management is not interested in making the at home experience workable. The production goal is ridiculous and you end up working way more than 40 hours per week. The auditing department is a joke. It appears they get paid for every petty error they find.
