In fact, we have a committee, Heart & Soul dedicated to this very effort. - Lowest paying job - toxic environment - redundant work - yearly 50 cents raises - no professional growth

There really aren't any- what drew me initially was the ability to work from home which ended up being a curse

Cons

Claims management is not interested in making the at home experience workable. The production goal is ridiculous and you end up working way more than 40 hours per week. The auditing department is a joke. It appears they get paid for every petty error they find.
