      Flexible Schedules (Work from home), 4 day work week, Medical Benefits,

      Very clicky Management team. The communication was awful. They also stopped the bonus's and profit sharing for the company. Unrealistic expectations. If you are out of the office you do not have a backup like other companies. You come back to a ton of work.
