Don't work here if you have the drive to succeed

Pros

Good rewarding program, nice and friendly coworkers, improvement on the rebranding and renovation of the office, would be a good stepping stone as your first job, straight out of school (but that's about it), some executives were nice and knowledgable, opportunity to work remotely...

Cons

High turnover rate, highly uncompetitive pay (be ready for that 50 cents/hour pay raise if you are hourly), extremely under-qualified managers (not all), no room for growth unless you are willing to dedicate your entire life here

Pros

Work/life balance at Allied is the best I've had so far in my career. Aiding in this was the opportunity to at times work from home. Upper management has a genuine interest in your success and growing with the company. Culture and employee wellbeing are important, and there were many monthly outings, seminars, lunches, etc. Located centrally downtown and easily accessible by train.

Cons

There are certain months of the year that are busier than others, but that's the industry.

Pros

Company has Great benefits and Health for employees.

Cons

overall the company is great however, There should never be a time where your immediate manager and their superior are best friends. This make it hard to be fair across the board with employees. Surveys are not confidential HR will reach out to you and ask you about your comments when they should be anonymous people will not answer honestly. BPO department you will be targeted based on how you look and not how you do your job, What is good for one employee isn't good for another. Consistent disrespectful tone in emails with demeaning and belittling tone. This behavior is accepted because so many people are afraid to speak because they may lose employment. There is no room for advancement in this department.
