- Work for some areas is completely remote - If you can last until you get to a management position, there's room for growth.

Cons

- Expect to work long hours on a regular basis, with little, if any appreciation for it. - Management believes that work is always more important than your personal life. No matter how much you've been working, you'll be expected to drop personal commitments if they want you to work. - Whatever standards have been set, they're only followed when convenient. Makes it difficult to know what management expectations are.

Cons

Not much in the way of advancement for career growth. If you try to move within the company the pay is very low. Outdated technology. Low salary which is not up to par with inflation and the market even though they say they are. Very poor communication with peers, managers and HR.
