Pros

Allied is a great place to work. It is a night/day difference from my previous company. Allied allows a flexible work schedule for its employees. The company promotes a healthy lifestyle in numerous ways while also providing great benefits/PTO/appreciation events. The CEO has an open door policy and truly cares about his employees. The pros go on and on! Overall a very rewarding experience to grow with a growing company.

Pros

The upper management truly cares about the employees. Although not perfect, they try to do things for employees regularly to show appreciation. Allied is growing quickly and is providing a lot of opportunities for all.

Cons

Due to the rapid growth, there does not seem to be enough staff at this time. They are hiring a lot of people but it never seems enough--a good problem to have!

The atmosphere isn't bad, most managers are fair and understanding at a point but sometimes can give way to personal relationships and favoritism. Good starter job, but that's about it.

Cons

Currently, they are going through restructuring, so you may end up on the good or bad side of that. They're focused on automation at the moment so if you don't fit that profile, don't expect much to come your way.
