Pros

Lots of places to eat nearby. McDonalds right across the street.

Cons

Overworked, no promotions, no support from upper management, very stressful, no thank you's, just receive complaints and more work. Escalated issues are thrown back at you because upper "management" does not want to deal with it. Probably because they do not know how to fix it and they hire vendors to do most of the work while they sit back and take lots of vacations.

Pros

Fell in love with "Fat Lady"

Cons

No vision insurance. How can I see and work with broken glasses? Staff in areas, suffer from "high schoolism." That is where your a grown adult and act like your in high school, hating people who are happy, create rumors, make fun of peoples looks, etc. But there are a few great people there too. One is my favorite. I'm glad I worked here because of who I walked away with. But for work, HR is a joke, playing Jostle and not helping employees in need. Open door policy is to prevent a lawsuit....because the door closes and some ridic stuff is said. For a health insurance company, the benefits are a joke. You'd assume employees have the best possible plan there is. Wrong! Find the cheapest you can get away with, and give it to out employees.

Pros

Flexible hours, availability to work from home. Benefits are not half bad but no vision plan.

Cons

Unable to move up without a college degree. New employees with college degrees do not know what they are doing and walk around as if they are entitled. The turn around is horrible in certain departments. HR does not know what they are doing and are constantly making error with your benefits and blaming others. The New HR does not do anything but hire others to do her Job.
