Claims sweat shop. lots of threats from management. no home life. I was actually told to punch back in at 8pm in the evening after dinner to get more claims processed. claims positions are salaried so no overtime is paid. allied takes full advantage of salaried.

When I started at Allied it seemed that they cared for their employees. The people who had been there the shortest amount of time was 5 years. Now it's more like a revolving door. But if you have a life or personal anything going on, forget it. Getting past any struggles you are then black balled from doing anything else. Constant threats from upper management. No communication. No help. They expect empathy but can't give it in return. I was told by current HR that although they'd hear me, they'd only listen to management.
