Pros

Awesome work environment with a lot of opportunity for growth. The company provides flexibility to it's employees; productivity and hard work doesn't go unnoticed by peers and management; time available and provided for coworkers to mingle, get to know, and feel appreciated by management (i.e. employee appreciation week, various work outings, happy hours, events, etc.). The company is constantly providing ways for employees to grow within as well as professionally with webinars, curriculums, and various online and in person trainings. My manager as well as my team really care about my future with Allied and helping me transition into my new career.

Cons

Absolutely none I can think of.

Pros

Allied continues to grow and advance in a complex industry. Despite the growth, Allied remains a "flat" organization with access to the decision makers and the decision process. Input from team members is important and relied upon. Additionally, Allied's corporate office is ideally located in downtown Chicago. But the ability of Allied team members to effectively interact with other team members that are in a virtual office environment has been critical to the success and growth of the organization.

Cons

As with any organization that is growing, there have been "growing pains." However, these are "good" problems to have and can be resolved through input, insight and involvement from quality team members.
