      Reasonably up to date in HW/SW running the contact center. Highly competent IT team.

      Decision paralysis. You get the feeling that the incumbents live in fear of their jobs.

      Pros

      Sr Management is the best-always looking out for employees. Benefits/perks continue to get better each year. No cost increase for benefits in 2025. Very compassionate to employees in need. Increased PTO in 2025. Town meetings include a lot of information and awards to exceptional employees. Remote work, great work/life balance.
