Lack of Leadership Quality: The team lead assigned for training lacks even basic communication skills. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to learn and are met with unclear instructions or poor attitude.
Double Standards in Attendance: Everyone is expected to clock 9.5 hours on the biometric system, but the operations manager barely shows up at the office. On the rare occasion he does, he doesn’t complete the required hours. From what I’ve heard, this has been going on for quite a while, and HR turns a blind eye.
Culture of Neglect: These issues aren’t isolated — they’re systemic. Leadership lacks accountability, and HR’s silence only reinforces the culture of apathy.
