Pros

Allied is growing fast and has been since I started over 5 years ago. It has a transparent atmosphere where all of the resources you need to grow with them are available. Allied does have a casual work environment, however everyone is very professional and some of the most knowledgeable in the industry. Expect to be trained to be a top performer in your field. Very happy to be part of this organization as it is the most innovative company in the industry.

Cons

Any issue I've had was quickly resolved with my boss. Nothing negative to say about this company.

Remote work isn't micro-managed with clear communication Great pay and benefits Interesting problems to work on with flexibility in solutions Friendly and welcoming environment Good management

Cons

We do a lot for our size but sometimes the lack of size is felt

Company culture is outstanding. The potential for career growth and opportunity is always present. The Leadership team values every team members thoughts and ideas. No silos here, and it's apparent in the positive workplace environment.

Cons

I'm one that calls it as I see it, and I have yet to have a negative experience at Allied.
