Pros

Company is steep in leadership, integrity, honesty and transparency.   It starts with the owner and his culture is driven down through the company. In one of the toughest steel markets I've seen, the flexibility to maneuver and change and adapt is awesome..I believe these struggles the company is enduring in this pandemic year of 2020 and into 2021, will position Allied to be one of the real leaders for the next few decades.

Cons

Everything is changing right ow so quickly it's hard to keep up and stay on top of the changes

Pros

I've worked with the company for 16 years. The company is good at promoting from within. They make a continuous effort to bring the company together to recognize employees, birthdays and anniversaries as well as training. Other pros are strong leadership, adapts to market changes and work life balance.

Cons

Smaller company but feels like a family.
