      Pros

      i get to be involved in building cool machinery from scratch.

      Cons

      #1they won't invest in their own company . there logo is quality people quality products. #2 to bad i have a hard time feeling proud about the way we have to build products. #3 unrealistic time standards.

      Pros

      Working with customers both domestically and internationally in a very interesting industry.

      Cons

      Management. Cannot be given a pat on the back for a job well done. Don't ever feel fulfilled when the day is done, regardless of how well of a job was done. Little or no training. People put in positions without training and experience.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are good. The people are great and try to help one another.

      Cons

      The sales management and above are micro managers with the exception of one or two. They have quarterly reviews with self done reports that will drive you nuts! The training is rushed and your expected to pick up the complexities, sell and manage accounts. Think twice!
