Little or no raises or promotion after about 5 years of employment Cannot retain shop or engineering employees due to substandard compensation Lacking in practices and standards Prefers to seek supervisory employees from outside the company

You can get a lot of design work as an entry level engineer. Manufacturing is onsite so you get to see what you design and how it affects the manufacturing process

Cons

Lower than average salary and benefits. Low quantities limit the design options that are available.

When working there they did a great job of making me feel part of the team and teaching valuable skills. Overall a great learning experience as an internship.

Cons

Often times would finish a task and have to wait for a new task to be generated.
