      Horrible! Don't waste your time!!!

      Get hired easily Affordable benefits

      Cons

      You think you're getting hired for the job you apply for and then they "put people where we need them" Have to waste time finding parts or tools to complete jobs that in most cases you can't find to complete the job and are forced to improvise. Zero training and was never given any kind of company handbook with policies

      Pros

      People who work there want to do well and the company to be successful.

      Cons

      -Leadership is promoted from within and stagnant. This leads to limited promotions. -Pay and salary leave a lot to be desired. Allied pays 80% of what you would see at a similar position at area companies. -Performance reviews are not indicative of pay increase. You can get a glowing review and be let go in a month. Or you can be a long time employee and be told raises would not happen for the entire year.

      Colleagues are excellent and generally have a good attitude, but really going home to family is the best part of the day

      Cons

      Coming in to a dead end establishment that beats down its employees
