Pros

Strong leadership throughout the company. Comprised of many former law enforcment and military people who are willing to go the extra mile to assist employees and their families.

Cons

Founded on explosive detection technologies and canine detection. Unparalled in their application, however need to diversify into broader areas, which is on the horizon of the EMT.

Pros

Many preexisting connections that can be leveraged to spark an initial conversation. Market leader with some products and definitely uncompromising quality as it relates to the dogs.

Cons

Strategy seems to be too reactive and not aligned among business units. Prematurely go to market with additional products without a clear vision, focus, or tools.
