Pros

You get to work alot of great venues and meet alot of people

Cons

Management is a mess at best. Extremely disorganized from scheduling to pay. Moral is the lowest of any place I've worked in my life. The turnover rate is ridiculous because they don't know how to keep employees and the really just don't care. And as for getting paid correctly FORGET IT! There is a reason the employees call it "No Pay MSA."

Pros

THERE IS ZERO PROS TO GIVE FOR THIS JOB

Cons

STAY AWAY - Worst work-life balance. People would work 3 days 8-4 shift and 2 days of midnight-8am shift. Weekend shifts consistently, forget about your social life. -They would promise all these trainings and certifications up-front, at the end of the day, there has been no one that's been approved for ANY certifications. - You create no value at work. You will learn information security in a awful way here. Whatever you learn here will and should not apply to anywhere else.

Pros

Upper levels of the company are filled with a lot of law enforcement experience. This gives you the opportunity to learn from a lot of experienced industry professionals.

Cons

The hours are awful, the morale is awful, and the working conditions are even worse. The retention rate is extremely low for a reason, they do not treat their employees well. Most of the managers are only looking out for themselves and have no interest in the people they are supposed to manage. One manager tells you one thing, a second manager tells you another, and the third manager tells you a third thing.
