Pros

There aren't any pros for this organization

Cons

It might depend on the site, but the general consensus for most sites is that this company, no matter where it is, is a clown show. Pay is trash, the management is trash, they cant keep anybody because they treat people like trash. I have had so many different managers and they some how all have been crap people. The pay (23$) is not enough for Boston, and i think no amount of money will ever be enough to deal with this place. Its so bad people quit during training or within the first month.

Pros

This job is extremely easy with moderate stress.

Cons

They stole money from me by cutting my overtime pay rate from 1.5 times my hourly rate to 1.4 times my hourly rate (which is against the law). It literally showed me getting paid .10 to $1.00 per hour less depending on how much they felt I was worth that week. Disgusting. And the one constant every year is the lack of vacation pay. They offer it, it's just that you put in for the vacation time months in advance. The days come and go and the week when the check is supposed to come you realize they didn't pay you your vacation time. Than you have to call the office weekly for months, until you give up. It's been like this for years. They refused to pay employees there hourly rate for being out sick during the Corona, even though the company makes multi billion dollars a year. The CEO wanted to save money by shorting the overtime pay rates during the Corona, as well. They took away my two weeks of vacation time away by "mistake" and it's been 3 months of me calling to get that time restored and nothing. Now I'm being told that the corporate office has to fix it. Irritating! This cheap company with their cheap CEO have stole from their employees, and screwed them out of earnings. The place we work at, a hospital, paid all of their employees thousands in extra money for working in a hazardous environment. And our company couldn't even pay us our hourly rate, (I can't say this enough) resorting to stealing from us, and refused to pay us for our forced two weeks off of work after getting the Corona.

Pros

Many genuinely nice co-workers.

Cons

Where to begin? The culture in the SSO is a joke. Managers do not interact with the underlings. And believe me, we are treated as such. The Directors are socially awkward, and pained to even have to converse with the staff. Middle management, aka "Supervisors" are unwilling (likely because they are incapable) to train subordinates. They openly, and with glee, talk about how incompetent the staff is, not realizing ( or not caring) how pathetic they sound. You literally cannot ask a question without being made fun of or snarled at. They all have weird medical issues or family problems they love to talk about. It's the most unprofessional work environment I've ever worked in.
