The only pro was the hard-working technicians in the field day in day out

Cons

Upper management was terrible did not care about issues only sales , would constantly push to get jobs done no matter what it takes to move onto the next one , would put certain customers above other customers , Constant bad mouthing of technicians by office employees looking down on technicians

Good benefits and good pay. A lot of good people.

Cons

Bonus criteria based on MBO's and they are set to make it impossible to earn your full bonus no matter what you do. Quality of life, work/life balance, is definitely not what it should be.
