If you are an hourly payed employee you will have lots of overtime

Cons

Always told to push harder never really acknowledged for a job well done. Upper management says they care and want feedback but when they receive it it falls on deaf ears. Hard time keeping good talent

Cons

Environment can be intense due to the driving nature of the culture and the many different activities going on at the same time. Selling, delivering, process improvement, etc.
