Leadership is collaborative and caring! I have seen countless promotions at AUTS where Technicians advance to leadership positions. Stable and rewarding place to work. Great place for veterans that may have had more of a technical job in the military that want to transition into a new industry.

Cons

Company is continuing to evolve due to recent growth. More programs are being developed to focus on an employee's career path.
