Pros

Pay is decent for not much work.

Cons

No training even if they tell you that your trained, youre not. Higher ups will use you for information on your supervisor to get them fired and then they want nothing to do with you. Cant leave your post until coworker shows up.. thats IF they show up.

Sorry I didn't find any.

Cons

Doesn't have any standard of operation. Micro management all over. It was a shame to see them buying G4S but not using their expertise and systems. There is no sync between engineering to PM to field operations. PMs don't have much control over the techs.
