      Amazing providers, hindered by the corporate umbrella that is Allina.

      Pros

      Some of the most brilliant, kind and dedicated physicians I have ever worked with. MDs that have been in their field for longer than I have been alive.

      Cons

      Consistently irrelevant micromanaging by supervisors including "learning moments" that consist of literally 3 upper management personnel that meet with you separately to find out why the wrong rapid strep was ordered, or why you were not able to respond to a patient via my chart within 2 hours (with the chaos of clinic, being generally under staffed and the work.lpad of 4 people, it was counterproductive going through the song and dance, when I could be just working instead)

      Some awesome people, great CEO vision and values. Autonomy in position

      Cons

      Large complex system, which can be good for patients, but as an employee it is hard to navigate and there are a lot of internal politics
